In an effort to bring more useful content to you here on Struggle Street, I would like to begin to share personal information about the things that have helped me survive while enduring a mental health condition. The new content will include media of all types, books, literature, podcasts, TV, radio, movies and the latest research studies in mental health treatments. Additionally, I will recommend, diet, exercise and supplements that have been of tremendous benefit. I plan on some fun stuff as well (I think it will make you smile). Of course I will continue to work on and share excerpts from the memoir “When it Rains”
