I started “Struggle Street” Oct. 23, 2017 as part of a new treatment regimen. I was hoping it would control my severe depression/PTSD that I had been suffering from since childhood (Reasons). Today I would like to share a brief list of symptoms/behaviors from both before and after this treatment.
Before: fatigue, hopelessness, suicidal thoughts, anxiety, fear, worthlessness, impaired concentration, indecisiveness, insomnia, diminished interest/pleasure in nearly everything, stress, nightmares, avoidance, memory problems, lost relationships, lost jobs, anger, irritability, aggressive outbursts, no libido, self medicating, introvert.
After: energy, positivity, hope, calm demeanor, renewed interest in health and well-being, steady employment, no more suicidal thoughts, mindfulness, focus, philosophical thinking, philanthropic endeavors, belief in humanity, volunteering, controlled thoughts/behavior (I still feel the need to choke the shit out of some folks, but not enough to act on). Still an introvert.
That’s a pretty damn good turn around compared to a (journal entry from 2012). Big hat tip to Dr. Jeremy Crosby at Haus of Clarity for my recovery. The vitamins along with a healthy lifestyle and once a month (in office) therapy are for real. I am totally amazed at how good I feel.
Take away: If you suffer from depression, Bi-polar, or PTSD and medication has not worked, please try this new therapy. It’s inexpensive, has no side effects, and will change your life.
A gigantic “THANK YOU” to those of you whom follow and read “Struggle Street”. When I started this blog I literally hated Everybody and Everything. Now I am very grateful and blessed that such good people are along for this ride. I hope I can return the favor.
I’m posting personal information (Video of cars I photograph, working out, and in-depth content about this journey) at Become a Patron. It will be inexpensive and has some OK perks. I’ll let you know when it’s ready for business.

Ta for now,
The Scarp
I suffer from wanting to write poetry all the time.

Thanks so much for posting this Scarpoe. I’ve been screwed up a while. Meds have worked a fair bit, and ECT was a complete bust. I’ll definitely look into this.

I wanted to try ECT but got lucky and found Haus of Clarity first. Good Luck!

Just so you know, there are people that I’d like to choke the shit out of too. I think that’s normal, isn’t it?
